Ring in the New Year with Healthy Dad Goals: January Edition!

Alright, folks, the name of the game for 2025 is KISS—Keep It Simple, Stupid. If you’re a dad like me, you know the importance of keeping things simple to actually follow through. So, to kick off this year, I’m setting 5 simple, yet meaningful goals to get my health and fitness back on track for the month of January. Let’s face it, I can’t keep blaming the “dad bod” forever, can I?

So, there you have it—my 5 simple goals for January. Keeping it simple on purpose because I want to stack wins early. I’ve got big plans for the year, but I know it’s all about building that momentum, one goal at a time. If I can crush these goals and stay disciplined, the rest of the year will be a breeze. (Well, maybe not a breeze, but at least it’ll be a healthy journey.)
